dc.description.abstract The purpose of the study this study will to determine factors that affect job satisfaction of Police officers in Kenya. A case study will be done in Narok Police station. The study will be aimed at finding out whether remuneration, working conditions, promotion and employment policies affect job satisfaction of Police officers. The study will be significant to the entire government, , Police officers and other researchers. The researcher will use a descriptive research design to gather related information on the research problem. The sampling method will be convenience sampling procedure. The sample population to generate information will be 31 police officers selected out of 104 Police officers. Data collection instruments will be questionnaires. Data analysis will be done qualitatively and quantitatively. The presentation of data will be done by use of statistical tools like tables, pie charts and graphs using ms Excel. en_US
