In this study, we carried out an investigation on youth unemployment and its consequent impact on Kenya’s economy. We used a multiple linear regression model.Unemployment has been one of the most daunting challenges in Kenya’s social-economic development process for most of the post-independence period. Over the years whenever we've had a new government in Kenya always determined through General Elections, there is an immediate need that has ever been to address the problem of unemployment. In this study, we sought to ascertain policy measures that should be adopted to deal with the problem of unemployment especially to the Kenyan youths by fitting data into a multiple linear regression model. |
