dc.description.abstract The study examined influence of internal Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) elements; Training, Safety, Work-life balance and Workplace diversity on Employee commitment (EC). Banks have realized that successful businesses are concerned with economic aspects of organizational activity and actions that further social good. Study objectives were:- investigate degree of association between Training and “EC”; examine relationship between Safety and “EC”; find out relationship between Workplace Diversity and “EC”; examine association between Work-Life balance and “EC” and; assess overall relationship between Internal CSR and “EC”. Crosssectional survey design was adopted to assess and describe correlations. Findings reported all internal CSR elements being positively correlated with “EC”. Regression model accounted for 34.00 % variation in “EC”; workplace diversity was the strongest predictor. Future research should investigate influence of Internal CSR on “EC” using multiple of respondents; a replication of this study using a longitudinal design for purposes of causality and also address the study limitations. en_US
