dc.description.abstract The effect of integrating information communication technology (ICT) upon the performance of libraries of Kenya is a concept that has gained a lot of recognition as the Libraries try to meet their daily expectations. Government policy increasingly places a strong emphasis upon the importance of ICT and the knowledge economy. The purpose of this study was to establish the effectiveness of rCT as a tool in enhancing the study and research work in academic libraries. There is little work that can be cited on how effective this is especially in countries like Kenya that are till embracing the benefits of the technological work. The aim of this study was to establish and evaluate the effectives of ICT as a modem tool in enhancing the performance modem libraries. en_US
