Store Management System (SMS)

Abstract

With the advent of ubiquitous computing, programmers considered it a viable alternative for developing applications to be used in our day-to-day activities. I have implemented a SMS using Microsoft visual studio 2010 language which provides a store owner/keeper the ability to be able to keep tracks of goods and items present in his/her store/company’s. The store owner/keeper can add, delete and modify records in the file with the help of the system. He/she can also view a particular record on the basis of item name, supplier name, date of entry of inventory and also category of the products rather items into the system thus it will give the complete information of the product which includes the item id, name, category, item price per unit and also supplier name. To modify a particular record user has to choose the item name and then the modify quantity, unit price of that item It is provides a user friendly interface to perf 01111 all the basic operations required for a typical store thus helps in maintaining the records with ease.
