Abstract:
Data was collected using literature review and observation of the current manual system of keeping records. The study showed that appropriate record system is significant in ensuring that all the medical information of students is well kept. The study was concluded by recommending the need to develop a means of keeping records in computerize form.
Study was made to understand and analyze the current system that is used in the management of student medical records in a university.
